Technical Specification: Wooden Blocks

• Roof : CGI sheet on top , 6mm wooden ply false ceiling ,placed on
  3”x1 ½” wooden member ,duly insulated

• Walls : Both side 6mm Wooden ply and thermocole inside ,placed on 3”x1 ½” wooden member

• Paint : Textured paint outside and OBD inside

• Flooring : Wooden board placed on MS framework -2'x'2 grid

• Doors/ Windows : In wooden flush doors, normal -4mm
  glass used

• Extra work : Civil work , Electrical , Aluminum windows etc.

Technical Specification: GI Sheet Panels

• Panels for Roof/ Walls :- - Galvanized steel ( with high Zinc coating ) -.63mm or 24g both side
  
  - Chemically treatment for making termite , rust , fungus free
  
  - UV resin 6 layer coating for strong grip and durability
  
  - Sand blasting on both side
  - Insulation of 3” ( 75 mm –high density )
  - Paint – textured paint both side

• Flooring : Wooden board placed on MS framework -2'x'2 grid

• Doors/ Windows : wooden flush door and MS framework windows- normal -4mm glass used

• Extra work : Civil work , Electrical , Aluminum windows extra

Technical Specification: Cement Fiber Board

• Roof : CGI sheet on top , 8mm cement fiber board, placed on MS pipe framework

• Walls : both side 8mm cement fiber board and thermocole inside place on MS framework

• Paint : Textured paint from outside and OBD from inside

• Flooring : Wooden board placed on MS framework -2'x'2 grid

• Doors/ Windows : In PVC profiles, normal -4mm glass used

• Extra work : Civil work , Electrical , Aluminum windows etc.
